职位概况
礼来为未来医药人才打造的优才储备项目，提供不少于3个月的实习机会，帮助学生在真实业务场景中学习医药推广专业知识并积累实战经验。
主要职责
- 学习并掌握礼来公司及医药行业相关信息、基础产品、合规知识和学术推广技巧。
- 在地区经理和带教师傅指导下，与区域客户进行有效沟通，提供学术推广解决方案。
- 协调内外跨团队资源，参与区域市场项目的执行与实施。
任职要求
- 全日制本科或以上学历的2027年应届毕业生。
- 符合《医药代表管理办法》要求的医学、药学或相关专业。
- 具备出色的沟通能力、学习能力和积极主动的工作心态。
- 有医药行业实习或高校组织经验者优先，且能保证实习至少3个月。
