职位概况
礼来2027校园项目面向2027年应届毕业生，提供医药推广方向的实习机会，地点在深圳。实习期不少于3个月，表现优秀者可获得全职Offer。
主要职责
- 学习并掌握礼来公司及医药行业相关信息、产品与合规知识。
- 在地区经理和带教师傅指导下，与区域客户进行有效沟通，提供学术推广解决方案。
- 协调跨部门资源，参与区域市场项目的执行与实施。
任职要求
- 全日制本科或以上学历的2027年应届毕业生，医学、药学或相关专业。
- 符合《医药代表管理办法》要求，具备出色的沟通与学习能力。
- 积极主动，具备挑战韧性；有医药行业实习或高校组织经验者优先。
必备技能
- 具备基础的医药产品知识和学术推广技巧。
- 能够进行跨部门协作与资源协调。
