About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress talent for The Bay by Chef Fei, a signature dining venue within its luxury hotel. The role focuses on delivering exceptional, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations and aligns with the brand’s Legendary Quality Experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care throughout the dining experience.
• Assist guests courteously and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and memorable visit.
• Communicate special requests and dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Verify that all items served are accurately reflected on the final bill before presentation.
• Extend a warm farewell to each guest, thanking them for their visit.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
