About the role
Join the Food & Beverage Service team at The Bay by Chef Fei, a signature restaurant within Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver exceptional service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, courteous service throughout the dining experience.
- Assist guests with menu queries, special requests and dietary requirements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Verify that all items are accounted for before presenting the final bill.
- Offer a warm farewell and thank guests for their visit.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar waitstaff role.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
