职位概况
负责电机可靠性验证与验证（V&V）工作，依据博世产品标准制定测试规范，执行测试并输出报告，确保产品质量符合要求。
主要职责
- 与团队成员及内部客户沟通测试需求，编写测试规范。
- 执行测试、整理测试数据并撰写测试报告。
- 监督测试进度，进行样品计划、结果评估及失效分析。
- 解决开发阶段的技术投诉和质量问题，向客户提供技术方案。
- 协同工程、制造、质量、物流等部门，遵循PEP流程编制合规矩阵、测试计划等文档。
- 与专家或团队成员共同制定新平台的规格和应用程序。
任职要求
- 机械或电气工程本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上机械工程研发经验，有电机相关经验者优先。
- 熟悉产品开发流程、设计验证及测量方法。
- 具备编写测试规范和报告的能力。
- 英语流利，具备良好的书面和口头表达能力。
- 良好的沟通协作能力。
