Transformer Export & EPC Sales Manager

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY's Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants, with more than 90% of sales coming from locally made products. This role covers the Transformer Export/EPC business in a responsible market on behalf of the GC HUB, working with Local Front Sales to turn market analysis into orders.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate market conditions, prepare sales plans and forecasts, and develop cost-effective business strategies to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Local Front Sales to pursue opportunities and prepare competitive quotations by mobilising resources within the factory.
• Develop and influence customers from commercial and technical perspectives through thorough market analysis.
• Formulate pipeline plans and market strategies, drive them into orders and achieve the yearly OR budget.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Major in electrical engineering, with a master's degree or above, graduated from a 985, 211 or equivalent university.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office software.
