职位概况
提供专业IT技术支持，负责供销存管理系统及网络环境的维护，确保客户使用顺畅。
主要职责
- 为客户提供IT技术支持与服务，解决使用过程中的技术问题。
- 熟悉供销存管理系统，协助业务培训、信息收集与沟通。
- 处理办公室日常软硬件问题，维护局域网及基础网络设备。
- 与团队合作，提升服务质量和客户满意度。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。
- 4年以上公司系统管理或技术支持工作经验。
- 具备出色的沟通与问题解决能力。
- 熟悉系统及软件的安装、配置与故障排除。
必备技能
- 局域网及网络基础设备维护。
- 办公软硬件故障诊断与处理。
- 系统管理与软件安装排除。
