Job description
职位概况
负责eAxle产品在前期开发和采购阶段的技术协调，带领跨部门团队实现产品概念到原型的落地。
主要职责
- 统筹系统、机械、硬件、软件、采购、制造、质量及测试等跨职能团队。
- 与供应商开展技术讨论，推动组件优化、可制造性提升和成本降低。
- 支持原型及A样机开发，确保供应商准备就绪并完成批量生产。
- 分析市场趋势、竞争产品和新技术，挖掘产品机会并转化为技术路线图。
- 与全球（尤其是欧洲）工程团队合作，参与早期客户技术交流和可行性研究。
任职要求
- 机械或汽车工程本科及以上学历，5年以上eAxle、电动动力总成或汽车系统开发经验。
- 熟悉eMotor、逆变器、齿轮箱及eAxle系统架构。
- 具备先进开发、概念研发或采购项目经验，能够协调原型样机构建。
- 了解供应商技术管理、Design-to-Cost、VAVE、APQP或V模型。
- 具备良好的跨国沟通与协调能力。
