Technical Data Front Desk Engineer

About the role

The Technical Data Front Desk Engineer supports Airbus Chinese customers by handling technical documentation queries, ensuring timely and high‑quality responses, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer Level 1 technical data queries (IPC, AMM, TSM, CMM, drawings) for 32 airlines and 16 MROs, logging each request in the system.
• Escalate Level 2+ queries to the appropriate Business Units and coordinate responses across Technical Data, Design Offices, and Engineering Support.
• Perform pre‑analysis of airline queries, generate routine status reports and weekly reviews, and identify recurring issues for action.
• Participate in meetings with customers, suppliers, and internal Airbus teams to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery.
• Produce regular reports for management, including CSIP results and action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience in airline maintenance and engineering on Airbus aircraft.
• Strong knowledge of airline operations and Airbus technical documentation.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for multicultural teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
