职位概况
负责招聘项目全流程管理，确保交付质量与时效，支持博世在华业务的人才需求。
主要职责
- 从需求确认到入职跟进，完整管理招聘项目。
- 通过社交媒体、校企合作、专业渠道及猎头合作伙伴建设人才池。
- 运用测评工具与深度面试评估候选人能力与文化契合度。
- 与事业部高管、HRBP及全球项目组沟通，转化业务战略为人才需求。
- 策划并执行雇主品牌活动，提升博世管培生项目影响力。
任职要求
- 2-5年知名企业HR招聘或头部猎头经验。
- 有管培生项目、高潜人才或校园招聘经验者优先。
- 出色的中英双语沟通表达能力。
- 具备全局视野，关注人才全生命周期。
- 能够适应跨国公司矩阵式组织，抗压且学习能力强。
必备技能
- 熟悉数字化招聘工具与趋势。
