Supply & Demand Planning Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Supply & Demand Planning Manager to own end‑to‑end demand and supply planning for a global provider of furniture fittings and architectural hardware. You will ensure product availability while optimizing costs across our industrial manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement demand planning and forecasting strategies aligned with market needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply‑chain activities to guarantee product availability.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimise supply schedules and minimise costs.
• Analyse market trends and sales data to improve demand accuracy.
• Work with production teams to align supply capabilities with demand forecasts.
• Identify and address potential supply‑chain bottlenecks or risks.
• Prepare regular reports on supply and demand metrics for stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply‑chain processes within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with inventory management and demand‑planning strategies.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

What we offer

• Annual salary between 300,000 CNY and 400,000 CNY.
