About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join Kraton’s logistics team. In this role you will support business growth by delivering optimal logistics solutions, balancing inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance across our network.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tactical logistics management and communication across the supply chain.
- Support strategic raw material suppliers, procurement, plant supply chain, customer service, sales, operational planning and regional manufacturing.
- Balance SRM inventory and equipment across the network.
- Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, KPI tracking and cost‑optimization projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, planning or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and project‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
- SAP (working knowledge preferred).
