International Logistic Coordinator – Supply Delivery Performance Management

About the role
The International Logistic Coordinator (SDPM) supports Alstom’s supply chain by acting as the key contact for the ATSA manufacturing site, monitoring supplier capacity, and ensuring on‑time delivery of materials. The role designs and implements improvements across material flow, storage, packaging, and transportation to meet the company’s logistics standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and expedite supplier deliveries, manage non‑compliance, and build action plans to mitigate delivery risks.
- Participate in logistics engineering decisions, design packaging solutions, and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
- Serve as the main interface with freight forwarders, supervise 3PL performance, and ensure customs compliance.
- Animate Supplier Delivery Performance Management, monitor OTIF metrics, and lead delivery crisis resolution.
Required profile
- University degree in international transport or supply chain.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Fluent English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Experience using Ariba for delivery confirmations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
