Tender Manager, Greater China

About the role

The Tender Manager will lead the end‑to‑end bid process for Greater China‑owned tenders, ensuring timely and commercially sound submissions. This role works closely with sales, product, finance and legal teams to develop winning strategies and deliver competitive pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end bid process for GCA‑owned tenders.
• Manage GCA response elements for GCA‑impacted tenders.
• Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Commercial, Legal, and Project Management/Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Sales leads to develop clear win strategies for each bid.
• Work closely with Product and Branch Managers in China to prepare competitive pricing responses.
• Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids, ensuring accurate inclusion of domestic products/services.
• Track and manage risks throughout the bid process.
• Contribute to proposal content and presentations, including executive summaries.
• Ensure timelines are met at all stages and set realistic deadlines.
• Ensure timely submission of compliant, commercially sound bids for the GCA market.
• Drive continuous improvement through post‑bid reviews with internal teams and customers.
• Enhance collaboration on RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses with Product, Commercial, and Branch Managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than 5 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Strong command of both local language and English, written and verbal.
• High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
