职位概况
负责协助门店实现销售与运营目标，带领团队提供符合 TUMI 品牌标准的高品质服务，确保门店日常运营、人员管理、商品管理及品牌形象保持最佳状态。
主要职责
- 达成每日、每月及年度销售指标，追踪并分析 KPI（Sales、ATV、UPT、Conversion、CRM 等）。
- 组织每日 Briefing，进行销售目标、商品重点及工作分配的沟通。
- 提供现场销售辅导，提升产品知识、销售技巧和服务质量。
- 维护 VIP/会员关系，提升回购率并处理客诉及售后问题。
- 确保门店运营符合 SOP 与百货规范，负责商品调拨、收货、退货、库存盘点等。
- 执行商品与视觉陈列，保持店面整洁并符合 TUMI VM Guideline。
任职要求
- 3 年以上精品、百货或零售服务经验，1 年以上团队管理或主管经验优先。
- 具备良好的销售能力、顾客服务意识及数字敏感度，能熟练追踪门店 KPI。
- 具备基本库存及零售运营管理概念，能够处理现场问题。
- 主动积极、责任感强，能适应快速变化的零售环境。
- 可接受百货排班、假日及弹性工时，具基本英文沟通能力者佳。
