About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is offering a 90-day Store Reserve Manager (MIT) training programme at its Sanlitun store in Beijing. It combines classroom learning, on-the-job experience and direct supervision to build the core skills needed to run a multi-million-dollar business. Successful completion leads to promotion to reserve store manager, with regular check-ins at days 30, 60 and 90.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise customer experience and drive sales
• Manage omni-channel order fulfilment
• Oversee store presentation, sales floor supervision and store and stockroom operations
• Handle staffing, scheduling and payroll management
• Lead training and development of staff
• Protect assets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Fluent English
• Interest in fashion
