About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch's Manager in Training (MIT) program is a 90-day blended-learning path for future store leaders, combining classroom training, on-the-job learning and coaching from a supervisor. It covers store operations, business management, customer experience, floor supervision and talent management. Completion leads to the Assistant Manager role, which involves running the whole store, and the company promotes from within.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent English
• Interest in fashion
