Software Development Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to drive software creation for innovative manufacturing, cabin connectivity, and sustainability projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate product concepts into high‑quality, secure code.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to break down system requirements into clear, traceable software specifications.
• Design software architecture, detailed module designs, and use‑case diagrams using UML/SysML.
• Implement robust C/C++ and Python code, conduct code reviews, and run static/dynamic analysis.
• Execute unit, integration, and system verification tests to ensure delivery quality.
• Provide technical consulting for supplier requirements, evaluate proposals, and lead acceptance testing.
• Produce technical deliverables such as Statements of Work, design specifications, test reports, and feasibility studies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, preferably in C/C++ and Python.
• Hands‑on experience with model‑based development (UML/SysML) and web front‑end technologies (Vue, HTTP, REST, Swagger).
• Background in computer vision, deep‑learning applications, or industrial automation is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
