About the role
Lead digital solution projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver product design, development and rollout while fostering a digital culture within the department.
Key responsibilities
- Lead digital solution projects from concept to rollout.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including CCT and IDB to define specifications and ROI.
- Plan product design, development and deployment using Scrum methodology.
- Set up sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Communicate progress and obtain support from relevant stakeholders.
- Organise digital‑tool training to foster a digital culture within the department.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing IT, software development and agile project delivery.
- Proficient English communication skills.
