职位概况
负责企业安全运营平台的规划、建设与持续优化，围绕Splunk、ELK等SIEM平台开展日志接入、检测能力建设、安全自动化及平台运维工作，提升SOC整体检测能力和运营效率。
主要职责
- 部署、配置并日常运维Splunk Enterprise/Enterprise Security及ELK平台，负责升级、性能优化和高可用架构维护。
- 实现网络设备、服务器、云平台、终端、数据库等多源日志接入，编写解析规则并建立统一日志规范。
- 设计开发SOC检测规则，编写关联搜索、告警规则，基于MITRE ATT&CK框架优化检测准确率。
- 使用Python开发自动化工具，对接SOAR平台，实现自动化响应、威胁情报集成及IOC富化。
- 持续优化平台性能，编写Runbook、监控机制，支持威胁狩猎、事件响应和安全审计。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，网络安全或计算机相关专业。
- 一年以上SOC、SIEM或安全平台工作经验。
- 良好的沟通与团队协作能力，具备问题分析与解决能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉Splunk Enterprise、Splunk Enterprise Security。
- 熟练使用ELK（Elasticsearch、Logstash、Kibana）。
- 掌握Python编程，能够开发自动化脚本。
- 了解AWS、Azure、阿里云等云平台及Kubernetes、Docker。
- 熟悉Windows、Linux系统、网络防火墙、WAF、IDS/IPS、RDR/XDR、IAM、Active Directory等。
