Job description
职位概况
负责SiC功率半导体及模块的技术研发与验证，支持电动汽车、充电系统、AI数据中心、光伏储能等多领域应用，推动下一代技术路线。
主要职责
- 评估内外部客户需求，转化为设计方案并完成测量、特性表征。
- 分析市场竞争产品，制定技术路线并主导新技术研发。
- 将客户关键指标转化为器件规格，完成系统级参考设计并为销售提供解决方案。
- 建立功率半导体及模块的寄生模型并通过实验验证。
- 制定测试方法，组织实验并分析结果以验证仿真。
- 为客户设计参考电路，如门驱动和换流回路。
任职要求
- 熟悉宽禁带（WBG）功率半导体的功能及开关特性。
- 具备Python、MATLAB、PSpice等仿真与脚本编程经验。
- 了解主流拓扑结构（PFC、LLC、DAB、CLLC、三电平、全桥逆变器）并能独立进行系统仿真。
