Service Sales Officer – Telesales & Customer Relations

About the role

The Service Sales Officer will drive telesales activities to generate new business and maintain existing customer relationships for core 2 and core 3 clients. The role focuses on proactive outreach, contract renegotiation, and promotion of digital services and repair campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telesales calls to core 2 and core 3 customers, including maintenance contract conversions and new digital services.
• Create and develop customer relationships proactively, qualifying leads and communicating opportunities to the wider KONE sales team.
• Perform courtesy calls, monitor leads in CRM, and assign opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel.
• Negotiate expiring contracts, prevent cancellations, and defend against price escalations.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries in collaboration with the KONE team.
• Support finance in payment collection and assist sales colleagues with lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate technical issues and site surveys with supervisors and technicians.
• Identify, develop, and follow up modernization opportunities, including VB repair campaigns and KONE Care for Life offers.

Required skills

• Experience using KONE proprietary tools (e.g., LIO, KONE Tools).
