Senior Recruiter – APAC Supply Chain

About the role

Quince is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its supply‑chain functions across the APAC region. You will partner with senior business leaders to design and execute end‑to‑end hiring strategies for complex, multi‑country roles, ensuring a high‑quality candidate pipeline and an excellent experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for non‑technical supply‑chain positions across multiple APAC markets.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft clear job descriptions, and align expectations.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels, including direct outreach, talent pools, and market mapping.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial contact through offer negotiation—while maintaining rigorous hiring standards.
• Provide regular updates and insights to regional leaders, influencing hiring decisions and calibrating talent benchmarks.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for supply‑chain or similar functions across several APAC countries.
• Deep understanding of local talent markets and ability to navigate cultural nuances.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
• Excellent judgment on hiring standards and ability to handle high‑visibility searches.
