Senior Project Manager – Post‑Market Lifecycle (Evergreen)

About the role

The Project Manager leads and executes post‑market sustaining and lifecycle management projects for complex medical devices. The role ensures delivery of scope, timeline, quality, cost, compliance and resource allocation while collaborating with global R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Clinical, Marketing and Service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑market sustaining (LCM) projects and sub‑projects, defining scope, timelines, quality objectives, budget and resources.
• Develop and maintain project charters, objectives and execution plans in partnership with System Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution including planning, resource allocation, schedule management, issue resolution, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Establish governance mechanisms such as project reviews, steering committees and regular stakeholder updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, Software or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, product development or lifecycle management within the medical device industry.
• Proven track record managing complex hardware‑software medical device projects in a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, project controls and stakeholder management methodologies.
• Familiarity with medical device quality systems and regulations (ISO 13485, FDA QSR, MDR) is highly preferred.
