Senior Product Manager – Scientific & Clinical Engagement

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will lead scientific and clinical stakeholder engagement for a core clinical department. This role combines strategic planning, brand management and execution of national campaigns to drive disease education and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deep‑dive into stakeholder insights (scientific leaders, clinical HCPs, online HCPs) across multiple channels.
• Develop and execute scientific leader engagement plans, including speaker development and national campaign delivery.
• Create and drive a strategic and executive plan for the clinical department with clear objectives, KPIs and peer‑to‑peer education events.
• Build celebrity HCP relationships to enhance disease education and overall customer engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 4 years hands‑on experience in central marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in new department development or national innovation program management is a plus.
