Senior Logistic Planner (SAP S/4HANA)

About the role

As a Senior Logistic Planner at Bosch Group in Nanjing, you will own production and material planning for assigned value streams, ensuring smooth material flow and on‑time delivery. You will also lead logistics‑related digital transformation projects, primarily focused on SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Own production and material planning, monitor supplier delivery performance, and optimize inventory levels (raw material, WIP, consignment stock).
• Identify structural planning gaps, drive corrective actions, and minimize premium freight.
• Act as key user and project lead for SAP S/4HANA LOP/LOM modules, defining target processes aligned with Bosch standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Production, Purchasing, IT, Finance) and manage project scope, timeline, risk, and milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement through PDCA and BPS, develop KPI reporting, and lead improvement task forces.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production and material planning.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured project management skills.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work under pressure.
