Senior Logistic Planner – SAP S/4HANA Lead

About the role

As a Senior Logistic Planner at Bosch Group in Nanjing, you will own production and material planning for key value streams and drive the digital transformation of logistics processes. You will ensure supplier performance, inventory optimisation and seamless execution of the SAP S/4HANA rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute production and material schedules, monitor supplier delivery and raw‑material availability.
• Control inventory levels (raw material, WIP, consignment) and minimise premium freight usage.
• Identify planning gaps, lead corrective actions and ensure adherence to the production plan.
• Act as key user and project lead for SAP S/4HANA (LOP/LOM), defining target processes and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timeline, risk and milestones while guaranteeing data integrity and system standardisation.
• Drive continuous improvement through PDCA, develop KPI reporting and support logistics strategy and system roadmap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production and material planning.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and structured project‑management skills.
• High ownership mindset, ability to work under pressure and manage complexity.
