Senior Engineer, Product Transfer

About the role

The Senior Engineer, Product Transfer will provide engineering support for product transfers, ensuring all activities comply with Stryker's latest procedures. This onsite role in Suzhou involves technical decision‑making, progress monitoring, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for product transfers and document activities per Stryker procedures.
• Determine technical objectives, monitor progress, and apply engineering principles.
• Analyze equipment, conduct experimental tests, and lead process review meetings.
• Coach and mentor team members on related topics.
• Select components based on specifications, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, PPAP, and other internal qualification processes.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety procedures, and review validation documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 2 years of manufacturing or project experience.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and solve complex technical problems.
• Experience reading complex engineering drawings and applying GD&T.
• Background in FDA‑regulated environments and product validation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
