About the role
The Operator will work onsite in Suzhou, ensuring full compliance with GMP standards and maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities
- Stop production immediately when non‑conforming product conditions are detected.
- Perform repetitive tasks using standard procedures and manual machine tools.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to carry out work.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records as required.
- Use precision measuring equipment to verify components meet engineering specifications.
- Make minor offset adjustments to keep components within specifications.
- Assist maintenance personnel with routine maintenance and train others on operational and documentation procedures.
Required profile
- Ability to follow all safety policies and GMP requirements.
- Willingness to work continuously onsite with no travel.
Required skills
- Experience with manual machine tools.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment.
- Understanding of GMP standards and documentation procedures.
