Senior Account Manager, eCommerce / Retail

About the role

Snap Inc is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own advertiser outcomes across eCommerce and retail verticals in China. The role involves acting as a solutions expert, mentoring teammates, and driving client success through strategic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts, translating strategy into execution plans and leading optimization, measurement, and rollout cadences.
• Build deeper client relationships, identify performance opportunities, and deliver clear recommendations and value stories.
• Partner with Client Partners and cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate launches, troubleshoot issues, and meet milestones.
• Mentor less experienced teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to team culture and operating rigor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in digital advertising, account management, or client services with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in English and Mandarin.

• Ability to diagnose issues, interpret measurement signals, and turn insights into action.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and prioritization abilities.
