About the role

Snap Inc is seeking a senior-level Product Marketing Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives for its China Ads business. The role involves shaping strategy, influencing product direction, and driving adoption across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product marketing strategy for Snap’s China Ads business, translating market needs into cross‑functional priorities.
• Drive research and analysis to identify new opportunities and shape product roadmap and measurement solutions.
• Own go‑to‑market efforts for new features, defining narrative, packaging, launch approach and best practices.
• Set, track, and deliver against adoption goals, communicating performance to senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Research, Sales, Partnerships, Communications, Marketing, Legal and other functions to execute launches.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex go‑to‑market initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
• Excellent executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience influencing product roadmaps and resolving adoption blockers.
