Search Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Search Marketing Specialist to lead paid and organic search initiatives across major platforms such as Baidu, Bing, and 360. You will design full‑funnel strategies that boost brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Baidu, Bing, 360 and third‑party networks.
• Develop full‑funnel marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Analyse data, derive insights and make data‑driven decisions using PowerBI and Excel.
• Manage budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within financial limits.
• Lead on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO as well as GEO optimisation for emerging platforms (DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Doubao).
• Collaborate with product, design, business intelligence, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on paid marketing experience in the consumer sector.
• Proven track record managing campaigns on Baidu, Bing and 360.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, especially with Excel.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and a deep understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Expertise in SEO (on‑page, off‑page, technical) and project management.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
