Seamstress – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Seamstress/factory operative to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating sewing machines, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting various production tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines for graphics, alterations, and repairs, ensuring high quality standards.
• Work with a variety of fabrics and materials according to production specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular cleaning of the workspace and equipment.
• Assist with shop floor cleaning duties to meet health and safety standards.
• Support inventory management, stock organization, and light administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and improve workflow.
• Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and other equipment.

Required profile
