About the role
The Sample Project Engineer (ME) acts as the primary contact for sample projects, ensuring timely scheduling, coordination, and delivery of customer‑specific prototypes. This role supports the manufacturing team in Changzhou by managing orders, stock, and production preparation while driving quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for sample project customers.
- Schedule sample projects to meet customer requests.
- Conduct technical discussions with Project Managers and Engineering to assess processes and build samples.
- Manage order and stock levels for each project.
- Follow up on production preparation items (SO, fixtures, material, etc.) and resolve issues during production.
- Track EWAK performance, monitor results, and coordinate improvement actions.
- Drive Quality, Cost, and Delivery KPIs.
- Perform other special tasks as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Experience in project management or planning.
