Job description
职位概况
负责非标机械及自动化产线项目的全流程管理，确保项目按时、按质、按预算交付。在博世集团常州分部工作，与研发、生产、采购等部门协同。
主要职责
- 全流程管理非标机械/自动化产线项目，包括立项、设计、采购、装配调试、现场验收交付。
- 编制项目计划与预算，管控进度、成本、质量。
- 协调内部研发、生产、采购及外协资源，管理客户需求变更，识别项目风险。
任职要求
- 机械、机电或自动化相关专业，本科及以上学历。
- 2年以上机械项目管理经验，独立负责成套设备交付。
- 具备良好沟通协调能力，能接受项目出差。
- 拥有PMP认证或汽车行业经验者优先。
必备技能
- 识读机械图纸。
- 熟悉机加工工艺。
- 熟练进行装配调试。
