About the role
This Sales Specialist position reports to the Channel Manager and covers the sales of ABB servo drives, servo motors, motion controllers and mechanical drives in the North region, including OEM customers. The role contributes to the Servo drives, Servo Motors, PLC and Machinery Drives OEM Sales in the North region.
Key responsibilities
- Sell and develop customers for ABB servo drives, servo motors, motion controllers and mechanical drives, achieving annual sales targets
- Develop OEM customers, connect with their technical needs, understand their equipment processes and work with technical staff on servo selection, scheme comparison and prototype testing, from business negotiation to order signing
- Develop servo channel partners in the North region and support them in finding new servo customers and projects to grow ABB's servo market share
Required profile
- Highly skilled in servo products and familiar with the servo market in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong and similar areas
- 3 years of experience in servo sales
- Bachelor's degree in Automation preferred
- Passion for developing OEM customers and customer relationships
- Comfortable communicating in English
