Sales Service Coordinator (Fragrance & Beauty)

About the role

Givaudan's Fragrance & Beauty division is looking for a Sales Service Coordinator in Guangzhou. You will support the sales teams with their day-to-day operations, helping them deliver value to customers and build strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales force with general operations, such as sending samples, following up orders and applying for regulatory documents
• Help sales colleagues with quotations and agreements, maintain the client database, and track accounts receivable status and sales data and statistics
• Provide other related support to the sales team as required
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the line manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 1-2 years of related experience in sales support and/or customer care is an advantage; fresh graduates are also considered
• Good teamwork and willingness to communicate
• Fluent English, verbal and written (CET-6 or above)

Required skills

• Good communication skills with internal and external parties
• SAP or ERP experience is a benefit
