职位概况
我们是一家专注ToB业务的云计算SaaS公司，提供电商ERP、WMS等智能零售解决方案。现招聘产品经理，参与日处理1.38亿单的电商企业级软件核心业务，快速沉淀产品设计与运营能力。
主要职责
- 进行市场调研，制定产品规划，确保产品符合市场趋势。
- 收集并分析用户需求，撰写产品需求文档（PRD）。
- 协调开发、设计、测试等团队，推动项目按时上线。
- 基于用户反馈持续优化产品功能，推动迭代升级。
- 跟踪竞品动态，制定竞争策略。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，1-3年软件产品经理或相关经验，有电商中后台SaaS经验者优先。
- 熟悉产品规划、设计、管理方法和工具。
- 具备敏锐的市场洞察力和良好的沟通协调能力。
- 热爱学习新技术，能够将其应用于实际工作。
