Regional Key Account Manager

About the role

This position offers a varied and dynamic environment where you will drive sales development across multiple client accounts. Working closely with the Head of Accounts, you will build strong relationships, define sales strategies, set targets, and lead commercial initiatives and promotional policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth drivers for clients and create client plans that align with country commercial policy.
• Negotiate, prepare, and present contracts while coordinating implementation of promotional plans.
• Communicate channel strategy, provide market insights, and support problem‑solving.
• Manage client credit limits and conduct performance analysis to design corrective actions.
• Oversee the application of promotions, monitor pricing, and maintain key trade relationships.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and monitor client sales performance.
• Ensure budget alignment with business objectives and propose forecasts for commercial costs and sales volume.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar key account or sales role.
• Fluency in English and proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in category, customer, and channel marketing.
• Understanding of P&L and commercial principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
