职位概况

负责医院运营管理及区域准入工作，推动安全运营事件解决、余量保留，并挖掘院内外准入机会。

主要职责

掌握省市级VBP和列名准入政策，跟踪医院层面落实情况。
评估医院层面风险与机会，制定互动优先级并规划客户活动。
制定跨省区域市场策略与行动计划，跟踪执行并及时优化。
识别关键决策者，搭建并维护关系，推动合作项目落地。

任职要求

具备扎实的医院运营及医疗政策洞察力。
卓越的跨职能沟通、谈判及关键利益相关方影响能力。
具备跨省区域市场策略规划及落地经验。
优秀的分析和问题解决能力，具备学习敏捷性和合规意识。
