Quality Inspector – Manufacturing

About the role

The Inspector will perform all types of inspections required by the quality system to ensure high product quality and support production plans. This onsite position works closely with shop‑floor teams and follows GMP and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in‑process, final and packaging inspections using the latest specifications and ensure compliance with company and QSR standards.
• Stop further processing when non‑conforming products are identified.
• Use gauges, calipers, micrometers and comparators according to equipment procedures, maintain their condition, and keep inspection records compliant with GMP and QS requirements.
• Participate in product transfers, First Article Inspections (FAI) and validation activities as needed.
• Support the Inspection Team in achieving its KPI targets.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication of product or component deficiencies to supervisors and operators.
• Capability to follow detailed instructions and inspection procedures.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges and comparators.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings.
