About the role
As a member of SWEP's Quality Team, you will support the development and delivery of high‑quality heat‑transfer products. Working primarily from the Suzhou site, you will collaborate with global colleagues to ensure product and process excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and participate in customer audits at the Suzhou facility, focusing on PPAP documentation when required.
- Handle customer claims and drive corrective or improvement actions in cooperation with relevant departments.
- Represent the quality function in New Product Development/Transfer (NPD/NPT) projects, ensuring that project and operational KPIs are met.
- Coordinate corrective and improvement activities while adhering to internal and external policies, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong data‑analysis capabilities.
- Fluent written English; basic oral English.

- Use of quality analysis tools.
- PPAP documentation handling.
