Quality Corrective Management - QSR focal point

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Corrective Management professional to act as the QSR focal point within Airbus’ Final Assembly line in Tianjin. The role involves leading investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with quality standards across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive investigations on technical issues and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate and implement corrective and preventive actions, ensuring responsible functions execute them.
• Manage QSR processes, including SARI/Event (CAPRI) compliance and cross‑plant coordination.
• Document and track RCA, containment, and corrective actions internally and with suppliers.
• Investigate in‑service events, initiate quality warnings, and perform quality performance analysis (QSR, CnQ, PPS, etc.).
• Maintain KPI reporting, support CPB (Customer Protection Board) launches, and drive Practical Problem Solving (PPS) initiatives.
• Share best practices across FAL sites and contribute to continuous product‑quality improvement.

Required profile

• Engineer with a science or engineering degree and strong technical background.
• Extensive experience in investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action management.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written) and ability to work with international QCM communities.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality‑management tools (8D, 7 QC tools).
