QA Specialist

About the role

Kenvue is seeking a QA Specialist to join its Shanghai facility. The role is fully onsite and reports to the Senior QA Manager for self‑care products. You will support the quality assurance function by preparing reports, monitoring investigations, and ensuring compliance across product specifications and promotional labeling.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare routine reports for investigations awaiting QA approval.
• Monitor progress of employee‑generated investigations and update status.
• Refer non‑standard situations to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in identifying and eliminating compliance risks within the facility.
• Maintain files for product specifications and procedures.
• Review product labeling for promotional purposes to ensure procedural compliance.
• Prepare quality agreements for suppliers, contractors, and affiliates.
• Schedule and coordinate audits to verify compliance.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
• Experience with quality investigations and compliance monitoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to support disability accommodation requests when needed.
