职位概况
负责工厂索赔处理及采购件质量放行，推动质量改进，支持新项目质量目标实现。
主要职责
- 记录、评估并结案工厂所有索赔流程。
- 对缺陷成本进行记录与合理性测试。
- 组织并主持工厂质量讨论，输出改进措施。
- 审批新采购件及变更件的质量放行。
- 规划并执行采购件的预防性质量措施。
- 参与产品开发SE团队，配合项目采购经理工作。
任职要求
- 具备技术理解能力，能够解决问题并进行冲突管理。
- 有质量保证、生产、研发或采购质量工作经验。
- 良好的英文口头及书面沟通能力。
- 本科及以上学历。
必备技能
- 质量管理与缺陷成本分析。
- 英语沟通能力。
