职位概况
博世集团在上海招聘项目经理/PMO（eDrive）职位，负责支持eDrive工程管理团队，推动汽车电动化项目的执行与跨部门协作。
主要职责
- 跟踪关键项目进度、风险和目标，确保按时交付。
- 协助管理层制定战略、目标部署和业务规划。
- 协调全球及本地跨职能团队，推动项目顺利进行。
- 准备并跟进管理会议、评审及高层走访的材料。
- 制作演示文稿、报告和决策材料，承担并推动跨部门项目。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，2-6年项目管理、PMO、工程或业务管理经验。
- 具备汽车或电驱动领域经验者优先。
- 优秀的沟通、分析和利益相关者管理能力。
- 工作主动、结构化，具备强烈的责任感。
- 有跨文化、矩阵组织工作经验，英语书面及口语流利。
必备技能
- 流利的英语沟通能力。
