Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead and oversee growth projects for Coloplast in Beijing, handling planning, execution, monitoring and closure. The role focuses on pricing bids, goods selection and cross‑functional collaboration to drive business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of growth projects, from planning through closing.
• Manage pricing bids and ensure balanced financial outcomes across channels and regions.
• Oversee goods selection processes to align with market trends and customer demand.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and other departments to align initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules and budgets, providing regular updates on progress, risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate communication among team members, departments and external partners to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of project management experience, preferably in pricing or healthcare.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from inception to completion.

• Strong analytical ability to assess pricing models and financial impacts.
