Head of Finance

About the role

You will lead and manage the Finance & IT function for our Zhuhai site, overseeing a team of seven professionals. As a member of the local management team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial and IT compliance, driving performance and supporting employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of five finance professionals and two IT experts.
• Oversee finance and IT operations at the site level, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
• Define KPIs, lead projects, set targets and review and approve departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws and regulations for finance and IT.
• Handle audits, reporting and related stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Experienced manager with strong people‑leadership skills.
• Relevant degree in finance or a related field.
• Solid experience in accounting, reporting and auditing within a manufacturing environment.
• Analytical, organized and self‑driven with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent presentation skills for delivering financial information to senior management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
