Project Manager

About the role

As a CT Project Manager you will lead a cross‑functional team to achieve the objectives of a system program, creating clear project charters and ensuring alignment with the system project manager.

Key responsibilities

• Create and clarify a clear project charter in agreement with the system project manager.
• Manage overall project schedule, activities, resources, quality, risk, and communication.
• Set up formal and informal communication mechanisms, organize steering meetings, make decisions, assign and follow up tasks.
• Plan activities, resources and durations; define constraints and identify conflicts and risks.
• Budget project phases and manage subsystem costs, including prototype and volume delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks, manage mitigation, and report to management.
• Participate in product quality planning and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with process quality and related regulations.
• Build breakdown procedures and guidelines to foster cross‑functional teamwork.
• Report regularly to management and stakeholders on project status.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or product development, preferably in the medical‑device industry.
• Familiarity with product development procedures and ISO standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and fluent English.
