Pharma Industry Manager

About the role

The Pharma Industry Manager integrates products from multiple business units to create a unified industry development plan for the pharmaceutical sector. This role coordinates BU activities, analyses market trends, and ensures resources are allocated efficiently to drive rapid, cohesive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate the overall development plan for the division within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Set development goals for each BU and supervise their achievement.
• Understand and map the application of each BU’s products in the pharma market.
• Collaborate with BU managers to create action plans under a unified framework.
• Convene cross‑BU industry communities, define working methods, and organize regular meetings.
• Monitor major company projects, coordinate resource use, and improve project coverage and success rates.
• Update BU managers on plan implementation and coordinate follow‑up actions.
• Report progress to the division manager and ensure execution with BU support.
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to promote pharma industry development.
• Research market status, trends, and key areas to guide future BU focus.

Required profile

• Over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• More than 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical equipment sales.
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive market development strategies.
• Successfully completed project sales exceeding 5 million RMB.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Scientific or engineering background, preferably pharmaceutical‑related.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
